The Group’s shipping business is held through its wholly owned subsidiary, Auspicious Journey, and operated via Semua International Sdn Bhd (“SISB”), a subsidiary of Malaysia-listed Sumatex Resources Berhad (“SRB”).

In May 2010, the Group acquired an equity interest in SISB in partnership with a Singapore-listed company, marking its strategic entry into the shipping sector.
